Getting help from Student Technology Collaborative

Terms of Service before requesting help.
Students can find answers to their technical or Yale network questions in many ways. Keep in mind that while Student Techs can come to the dorm rooms of on-campus students, Yale ITS does not permit them to provide in-room service in off-campus residences or Graduate Apartments.

| To consult with a Student Tech about a technology issue, students can visit the Technology Troubleshooting Office in Bass Library Lower Level. Students can also call the TTO at (203) 432-5242 (2-5242 on campus phone). Off-campus students may call ahead to make a same-day or next-day appointment. |

Undergraduate and Graduate Students can request help online. You will receive an initial response within 48 hours. You can also check the status of a current request. |
