On-campus housing (Saybrook College)
Rooms (singles in 4-6 person suite) are $47 per night, and you can reserve a room by indicating so on your reservation form.
Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
Rooms are $129/night for June 19 - 24 and will be booked on a first come, first serve basis due to limited availability. The cut off date for accepting reservations is May 30. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 203-772-6664 or by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI and in either case, referring to the group name, Yale University Guild of Carillonneurs. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted prior to 12PM noon local hotel time, on the day of arrival.
The Colony
Rooms are $97 single, $102 double occupancy for June 19 - June 24. The cut off date is May 19th. Reservations can still be made after that date but it will be based on availability. You should mention that they are with the "Guild of Carillonneurs" group when speaking with the reservationist, 1-800-458-8810. You can also make reservations via email, info@colonyatyale.com, and should note the group name in the body of the message. You will be asked to guarantee with either a valid credit card or an advance deposit. Any reservation that is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
