Medical School Interview Reports

Dear Medical School Applicant,

You can provide valuable insight and assistance to your peers, the pre-health advisors at UCS, and alumni by completing the Medical School Interview Report Form, which takes less than five minutes. Your responses will be anonymous and will only be viewed by Yale students and alumni, since the Interview Report Forms are password protected. You can complete the form online.
