We are pleased to have the opportunity to acquaint you with the On-Campus Interview Program at Yale. Undergraduate Career Services, part of the Yale College Dean's Office, helps students define and implement their postgraduate goals. We help students make informed choices concerning educational and employment opportunities.
The Employment Office manages the On-Campus Interview Program, which assists employers with their recruiting efforts. As you begin to think about your employment needs, please keep in mind the importance and value of a liberal education. Our students have been exposed to a broad and challenging academic experience and are well prepared for the complex milieu, which awaits them after graduation. During your visit we hope that you will cast the broadest net and consider students in all majors for employment within your organization.
The On-Campus Interview Program is managed through an online program called eRecruiting. The program allows career services staff better control of student/recruiter interview scheduling. The online transfer between students and recruiters of resumes, grade reports and other supporting materials will facilitate the process of selecting prescreened interview candidates. Employers wishing to interview candidates will have access to students' documents, interview schedules, etc. via Netscape or Internet Explorer.
