Additional Information for Recruiters
Greeters/Recruiting Coordinators, First Round Interviews:
Greeters and coordinators may reserve an interview room at the regular fee, see OCIP Services & Fees. UCS does not have additional space set aside.
Only first round interviews can be held at UCS. Due to limited space, all second and final rounds must be conducted at a local hotel or at the company site.
Alcohol:
Serving alcohol should not be part of the interview/recruitment process. Period.
This includes information meetings and all events that are company sponsored during the recruitment process.
Company Literature:
We encourage all students to visit company web sites and to refer to business directories and current news. We encourage you to distribute printed literature at the information meetings/presentations. Though eRecruiting, you can link your company website, attach job descriptions and attach application materials.

Testing:
UCS is unable to administer tests or reserve a room to be used as a testing facility. UCS space is solely for the purpose of interviewing students from Yale College. Employers are encouraged to contact local hotels to make arrangements for space.
Information Meetings/Presentations:
Employers are encouraged to schedule information meetings with students prior to the interview date. Space is available at Career Services; refer to OCIP Services & Fees.
Note: Food and beverages may not be brought in to our facility. If you wish to schedule at one of the hotels, refer to Accommodations in the Travel Information section. Please inform UCS of the date, time and location of your off-campus meeting and we will list the information on eRecruiting.
