Priority Packs
NOTE: Although Priority Packs are no longer sold, the system will remain in effect as long as there are envelopes in use.
1. Clearly indicate your Department and Address at the top of the envelope.
2. Indicate which mailroom is to sort the enclosed material.
3. Enclosed material must be in an envelope with campus address on it.
4. Campus Mail will date the envelope when the contents are sorted, and return empty envelope to the originator for reuse.
Use only for urgent, dated material. Payroll forms, checks, personnel documents and short notice meeting announcements would constitute acceptable use. Be sure enclosed material is individually prepared for distribution by mailroom personnel.Mailings must be broken down into Central, Medical and Science areas. Each group must be sent in a separate Priority Pack with proper mailroom designated.Keep Priority Packs separate from other outgoing mail at your building mail pick-up location. If possible, put Priority Packs out for pick-up early in the day. This will provide you with the fastest delivery time.
Please do not use priority Pack service for material other than that described above.
Misuse will negate the benefits provided by the service and could result in the withdrawal of the service.
