We all order newspaper, magazine and periodical subscriptions both at home and at work. When you mail in your payment, how can you be SURE your subscription will reach you in a timely manner?

Fill out the subscription card, but do not enclose payment with your order. When the invoice reaches you, double check the address they used to be sure it was entered correctly using your Post Office Box number and complete Zip Code. Only after you are satisfied they are listing you with the correct, complete address, then mail your payment. If you are renewing a subscription, verify that the correct, complete address is being used (NOT the street address) before mailing your payment. A telephone call can quickly clear up address problems to an existing subscription.

Taking a moment to correct or update an address can save a lot of headaches later when issues are not received.
