Science Mail Area

This area is a satellite drop site that services all departments in the science area. Each department is responsible for picking up their respective mail each day.

Location

Located in the Bass building, 266 Whitney Avenue, Room 108, adjacent to the loading dock.

Mail Volume and Level of Service

This mailroom is not staffed. Outgoing mail is transported back to the Central Mailroom (campus mail) or the U.S. Postal Service (U.S. mail).

U.S. Mail -- We estimate the Science Mailroom receives 15,000 pieces of mail from the U.S. Postal Service each week.

Campus Mail -- The Science Mailroom receives 5,000 pieces of campus mail each week, as well as large departmental mailings.

For the most efficient receipt of both Campus Mail and U.S. Mail,
a full complete address is necessary!
