The cancer of ethnic hatred
has affected millions of people during the past hundred years.
This disease has disrupted human existence around the world through
discrimination and forced migration or, in extreme cases, humiliation
and the slaughter of innocent civilians as a result of excessive
violence. This lecture will examine the causes of ethnic conflict
as well as the possibilities for diminished ethnic violence in
countries divided by race, religion, and culture.
