Bioethics Workshop 2008-2009
The Bioethics Workshop provided a place for Yale faculty, graduate students, undergraduates, and community members to engage in interdisciplinary bioethical discussion. A faculty member would begin the session with an overview of a bioethical issue; in some cases, discussion centered on “work in progress.” Discussion and comments by attendees then ensued. This program aimed to give exposure to different disciplines’ ways of viewing bioethical issues while broadening awareness of the rich and diverse resources available at Yale.
