Mike Schoen
Mike, first cook in Berkeley Residence Hall, recently joined Best Practices to help grow union-management partnership efforts in Dining Services. Mike will work with managers to address a specific set of labor relations issues and assist in resolving difficult grievance cases. For the past three years, Mike has been an active leader in Best Practices in Dining Services, and he has sat on the campus-wide Initiative Steering Committee.
