Brian Wingate
Brian Wingate, former lead custodian, Local 35, joined Best Practices as a facilitator in January 2008. Brian has been a member of the Local 35 Executive Board and a departmental steward since 2005. He was formerly involved in the Best Practice Training and Education Committee and has long been a leader in problem-solving, improving morale, and resolving conflicts in custodial services.
