The Labor Management
Steering Committee formed to forge a new partnership in labor-management
to improve the work environment at Yale University. This team
is responsible for determining areas of mutual concern, prioritizing
their importance and work as a team, surmounting all challenges.
The Steering Committee members
are Yale employees who share the vision of Local 35 President,
Bob Proto, to make Yale a better place to work. Proto has
stated his hopes and vision for the future: "There is
an agreed conviction that we can't continue to operate as
we have done in the past, and there is a shared commitment
that this partnership will benefit everyone at the University." |
