AD Tech Hot Tips

ALICE users:  On October 26, 2009, the financial information on the detail page of ALICE was loaded to reflect the information in the data warehouse as of June 30, 2009.

For endowment funds you will be able to see the endowment units as of June 30, 2009, the principal and capitalized yield as of June 30, 2009, the market value as of June 30, 2009 and the current balance in the fund as of June 30, 2009.  The gift funds will show the fund balance as of June 30, 2009. Once the income for FY 09/10 has been distributed to the funds we will do another upload to display that information.  At that time we should also be able to upload any new units, new principal, other income, income from new gifts and a new current balance as of October 31, 2009.

Reminder for Office of Development & YSM Development Staff: Please remember to REBOOT after changing the password for your NetID. If you do not reboot after changing your password, you may experience computer problems such as not being able to use email and being locked out of some applications.  If you get locked out, please contact the ADTech Help Desk at adtech.helpdesk@yale.edu or 2-1105.

The Directory Name for a prospect now displays on their profile page in BERT. You can also continue to include the directory name in a person download.

Having problems downloading documents from BERT? You may need to change your Internet Explorer security settings or disable pop ups.
