Locked Prospect Records in BERT & Benefactor: An important reminder about good database etiquette.

• Do not leave any BERT or Benefactor update screens open for a long period of time with data displaying on the screen. Remember to exit the record when you have completed looking up or editing the record.
• Use the inquiry screens in Benefactor or the profile in BERT if you are only looking up information and not doing any data entry.
