The First Annual Yale Invitational:



The teams in order of finish were:

1)    Connecticut All-Stars
2)    Yale A
3)    Columbia A
4)    UPenn
5)    Yale B
6)    Columbia B


The tournament was run in a team format, with matches between teams consisting of:
    3 mens' singles
    2 mens' doubles
    1 mixed doubles
    2 ladies' singles
    1 ladies' doubles

We had six teams, split into two divisions. There was a round robin played within each division to determine the rankings within those divisions. Then, the top teams from each division played each other for first place, the next two for third place, and the last two for fifth place. 
The teams were (in the order they finished):

        UPenn   def. Col. B:  6-0-3


Division 2:     Connecticut All-Stars

        Conn.   def. Yale B:  8-0-1
        Col. A  def. Yale B:  7-0-2


And then in the postseason:

Conn.   def. Yale A:  5-4
Col. A  def. UPenn :  5-2-2
Yale B  def. Col. B:  2-0-7
