As part of the transition from ASSET to Business Processes
Improvement, John Pepper has announced the formation of the Business
Services Improvement Advisory Group. The Advisory Group will provide
valuable counsel to Steve Murphy, Susan Hockfield, and John Pepper
as the various business improvement initiatives move forward, assisting
them in understanding the issues and exploring all appropriate avenues
for success. John stated, “The overall objective in improving
our business processes is to bring the same world-class quality
to this activity that we seek in our academic areas, all to the
end of furthering the achievement of Yale's Mission.”
The Advisory Group will include the following individuals:

Deputy Provost for Undergraduate & Graduate Programs
- Jed Shivers,
Chief Administrative and Finance Officer, Medical School
