Administrative Services and Support Enhancement Team (ASSET)

The Administrative Services and Support Enhancement Team is a group of task forces, working groups and other initiatives that are working together to find out how to improve business processes at Yale. These task forces are charged with the mission of finding methods by which business processes can be streamlined in an effort to work in a more effective and efficient manner.
