Welcome to the ASC Interview Report web site that allows Alumni Schools Committee members to submit interview reports electronically to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Interview reports submitted via this website will be automatically downloaded into the candidates' files. Please note the following instructions before you begin:

  • If you have trouble submitting the report to us using this web site, please print the report and fax it to 203-777-6121.
  • Please submit your ASC interview reports within one week of conducting the interview, but no later than December 1 for Early Action candidates and February 15 for Regular Decision applicants.
  • Are you having trouble logging into the ASC Interview Report web site? Check if the browser you are using is supported. Click here to find out.
  • Please note that the ASC Interview Report web site is not available Sundays between 4:00 and 5:30 AM Eastern Time.
In order to submit interview reports, please login using your account ID and the password you created. If you have forgotten your account ID or password, please email ascrep@pantheon.yale.edu for assistance. However, if do not have an account ID because you are a new interviewer or because you have never submitted interviews electronically, then you first need to activate your ASC account with the Personal Identification Number (PIN) that was sent to you. You will then receive your Account ID and be able to create your own password.
