A Message from the President
As Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. celebrates 100 years, we are thankful for our founders and the thousands of women who have come before us in commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Alpha Kappa Alpha’s centennial is a testament to the sorority’s ability to adapt to change and bravely address the challenges facing each generation.
For twenty-five years, the Zealous Xi Omicron Chapter has done its part in the Greater New Haven Area with creative programming on our campuses and in the community. Today, Xi Omicron continues this legacy with programming guided by ESP, the Extraordinary Service Program outlined by our National President Barbara A. McKenzie.
Xi Omicron members are diverse in every way, yet we share a love of our community, commitment to service, and dedication to our sisterhood. We value collaboration, and work with various organizations throughout New Haven to achieve our goals. The Zealous Xi Omicron Chapter welcomes you to our home and invites you to attend our events throughout the year. Thank you for visiting!
Sincerely,
Mena Cammett
