On this tour, guests will visit science classrooms and teaching/research laboratories. The tour guide will discuss available programs of study and pre-medical requirements. He or she will also highlight some of Yale's cutting-edge research and the institution's distinguished scientific history. Your guide will also explain how undergraduates can become involved in exciting research opportunities. Of course, the tour guide will also be happy to answer any of your questions. All Sciences at Yale tours begin and end at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 38 Hillhouse Avenue and last approximately one hour.
Engineering Tour
Students and parents eager to explore Yale’s Engineering programs, facilities, and laboratories can take our Engineering Tour. Our tour guides are Engineering majors who can discuss departments, course requirements, undergraduate research, and the reasons why they chose to come to Yale to study Engineering. We also encourage our guests to check out the new School of Engineering and Applied Science website.

Student Forums
Over the summer, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions hosts a series of Student Forums. These informal, non-evaluative sessions allow visiting students (no parents!) to meet in a small group with current Yale students (no admissions officers!) to ask specific questions about life at Yale.
