Non-Degree Students Program
The Non-Degree Students Program offers non-resident students the opportunity to enroll in most Yale College courses for credit, but not towards a Bachelor’s degree at Yale. Non-Degree students have used this program to complete a Bachelor’s degree at other universities; to qualify for graduate or professional schools; to launch, advance, or change careers; or simply to enrich their personal and intellectual lives. Non-Degree candidates may apply to the Teacher Preparation Program which is specifically designed to assist students who wish to teach at secondary schools. The Non-Degree Students Program currently enrolls approximately 50 people over the course of an academic year, all of whom have distinct and diverse backgrounds. |
