Yale Alumni Auditing Program

The Yale Alumni Auditing Program provides degree-holding Yale alumni and their spouses the opportunity to audit Yale College classes, expand intellectual interests, make new friends and experience the daily life of Yale College. Most alumni take classes at Yale simply for the joy of learning and do not take courses for credit. Alumni and their spouses who wish to audit courses generally do not have access to small seminars but may enroll in many popular lecture courses. The Yale College Programs of Study contains a detailed description of the courses offered in Yale College.

The audit fee is $475 per term course for the 2009-2010 academic year. Course credits are not granted to alumni auditors. If alumni wish to take classes for credit, they should apply through the Non-Degree Students Program.
