Yale's institutional resources range from a fiber-optic data network linking all of the University and providing Internet 2 access, to nearly ten thousand acres of forest in Connecticut. Yale's total library collection is comprised of over 11 million volumes. Sterling Memorial, the main campus library, is the second largest university library in the United States and one of the largest research libraries in the world.
