Fee Waiver

If you wish to apply for a fee waiver, you should attach to your Common Application a separate sheet with the following information on it: your full name, the combined annual income of your family in U.S. dollars, the number of dependents listed for tax purposes by your parents, and a brief statement of any additional circumstances that should be considered in a review of your fee waiver request. |
