Gerry,

I'm sure you are well aware of what a terrific team you have but I just wanted to highlight what a great job they did for YUHS last Thursday and how much we appreciate it.

We were under the gun so to speak and had a very short window in which to create a fairly substantial Pharmacy renovation and as can be the case in many of these projects things started to go wrong almost immediately.  Some of the material show up in tractor trailers rather  than the box trucks we had warned them were needed.  Your staff however pitched in and in addition to unloading material they had brought over from the warehouse they also help get some of the other material unloaded  and lent their lift to the general effort.  All of this was a great help in keeping the flow of traffic and material going and certainly contributed to our ability to get this renovation down in time for a Monday re opening of the Pharmacy.  

It is always a pleasure to work with this group this is only one small example of the great service they provide us all year long.  Please pass on our appreciation to all involved.
