Mission Statement

The goal of Realizing Race is to foster better race relations and raise awareness of the role race plays on Yale's campus. We work to create opportunities for discussion on race issues in positive and non-threatening environments. Realizing Race hosts open forums about campus issues, sponsors interracial and intergroup social events, and acts as a "freelance" facilitator for Yale groups interested in discussing race issues. In addition to facilitating discussions on race for other groups, we support one another in exploring our own identities. Check us out on the web www.yale.edu/~rr.

Minorities in Medicine Movement

MMM is a new undergraduate organization whose goal is to address the
issue of minority representation in the medical profession through various

We will be holding auditions for both males and females in the next 10 days or so. Previous dance experience is not required.

If you didn’t get a chance to sign up at the bazaar, email Govind.Rangrass@yale.edu to indicate your interest and audition details will follow.

(FYI – We are on the look out for gymnasts, people who can do stunts (including stunts with props) of any kind, and of course people who are incredibly enthusiastic about and dedicated to the art of bhangra!)
