Here is how to register for the conference.

Participation is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and early registration is recommended. Full payment by check, purchase order, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard only) must accompany the registration form. You will receive email notification of acceptance, so an email must be listed on the registration form if you would like confirmation.

Cancelled registrations will be subject to a $50 processing fee and must be received in writing and faxed to 203-432-9945. Substitutions are allowed. No refunds after July 3, 2008.
