Warren
School District (SEACBEC)

The
Warren 21C program is housed in the Southeast
Arkansas Community Based Education Center
(SEACBEC) and encompasses all of Bradley
County. In addition to 21C, SEACBEC offers
adult education, Even Start, and work-focused
training.
SEACBEC
offers child care for children two weeks
to school age, from 7:30 AM until 5pm,
daily, open year round. They use the High
Reach curriculum. The program offers trainings in early childhood topics for child care providers who are working on their CDAs and associates degrees. They also provide parent education and interactive literacy time for families in Warren and Hermitage.

The
program houses a parent center next door to
the SEACBEC building that provides space
for play groups, lending library, and
meeting space for local education-based
groups (teen parents, TEA clients, and
ESL, GED, and employability students).
In collaboration with the adult education
program, ESL classes are held three nights
a week; during this time, the program
provides child care, assistance with homework,
and literacy activities.
