Forrest
City School District

The Forrest City School
of the 21st Century is composed of 5 elementary
schools K-5. In the ABC preschool, there
is a 3 year old program funded by the
School of the 21st Century. This program
uses the High Reach curriculum, which
has activities that are designed daily
for enrichment.
We have an after-school
program at the Stewart Elementary school
that focuses on help in homework and fine
art activities. Also we have after-school
program that deals with benchmark preparation.

In our 21C school, we also
have the toddler program that has High
Reach curriculum. A number of parent volunteers
are on hand, to help with programs, along
with foster grandparents.
Another component of the
School of the 21st Century is the ABC
preschool, which is quality approved.
Our volunteers include retired teachers
of music and fine arts who visit our school
on a weekly basis.
Each year the Forrest City
program finds new children through a roundup.
This event has a western theme and brings
many new families to the program.
